Care protocol

Moisture and ammonia released from manure and urine can damage the hoof and harm the foot. To fight against horn softening, damage and dirt, Ongifen™ acts as a barrier against moisture, mud and soiling and frees the horn from excess water while allowing it to breathe. Enriched with powerful anti-bacterials, it sanitizes the foot at the same time. Whether it is the sole, the wall, the frog or even the heel bulbs, your horse's entire foot is protected and purified without being suffocated.

Ongifen™ should never be applied to dry, brittle horn. The anti-moisture action of Ongifen™ can accentuate an already existing dryness. The film deposited by Ongifen™ resists water and allows the wall to breathe while maintaining an even moisture level. Ongifen™ can be applied to a wet foot. Ideally, it should be dried with a terry towel for added effectiveness.

Questions(FAQs)
