Shipment of your parcel

All orders are dispatched the same day (working day) for all orders placed and paid for before 2pm. 

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. 

Metropolitan France: Delivery will be made by our partner DPD. 

You can choose between delivery to a "point relais" or to your home. Please note that parcels delivered to a "point relais" will be held for 9 consecutive days (including weekends and public holidays). At the end of this period, if the parcel has not been claimed, it is automatically returned to Animaderm. To obtain a new delivery, you will be invoiced for the cost of postage and preparation. 

Average delivery time after the carrier has taken charge of the parcel: 24-48h

In the following countries: Azores, Austria, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canada, Canary Islands, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sardinia, Sicily, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. Shipping is carried out by FEDEX Europe or DPD.

Delivery address and e-mail

Items are delivered to the delivery address indicated at the time of ordering. The dispatch of the order will be confirmed to the customer on the day of its departure by an e-mail, provided that the customer has correctly communicated his e-mail address. An SMS (France only) may also be sent, so it is imperative to provide a valid cell phone number when entering your details (used only for tracking your parcel).

To optimize delivery, we advise you to provide an address where your order can be received during working hours, and a valid cell phone number.


Error in your order: you have 7 days to return the product(s), provided they are intact and unopened. Returns must be sent to Animaderm SAS- 4 route de Pitoys - 64600 anglet. You are responsible for shipping costs. Reimbursement will be made within 7 days of receipt of your return, provided that the product is undamaged and unopened.

Damaged parcel: if your parcel arrives damaged and the products have deteriorated, you must :

  • either refuse the parcel on delivery (we will then be informed by the carrier and will immediately re-address the replacement order to you),
  • or, if the damage was not externally visible and you accepted the package, send us a photo of the damage by e-mail to Upon receipt, we will be able to offer you a replacement or a credit note, depending on the extent of the damage.
